Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
Absolutely. If your product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, just reach out to us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Click on the item(s) that you want to purchase, you will arrive on the product page of the item. Then click on"Click and Buy", the product will automatically be added to your virtual shopping cart.
You can then choose to continue shopping by clicking on the X button, or to proceed to the checkout by clicking on the"Order"button. You can also click on"Edit Shopping Cart"to edit the amount of items you wish to purchase or remove an item(s).
At any time, you have access to your basket at the top right of your screen.
In your cart, you have a detailed overview of the products and quantities you have added. Check the items and figures carefully before continuing your order and click on the"PROCEED TO CHECKOUT"button.
The last step is important: you need to enter your Personal Information and make sure the box is ticked for"Ship to the same address".
If you want to ship to a different address, untick the little box"Ship to the same address"and enter the Shipping below. The bottom half will be the Delivery address - where you would like the goods to be shipped.
Now, click on"place order"and you will go to the last step, where you will be able to pay for your order securely.
Only when the payment is successful will your order be processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. (If you do not receive confirmation, it is possible that the email may have ended up in your spam / junk or the order has not been confirmed.)

Which carrier will deliver my order?
We use various methods of delivery, depending on the size of your order and location. Once your order has been processed and is out for delivery, you will be notified via email.
My order has not arrived. How do I find out where it is?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you will be able to use the tracking information to track your order. If your order has still not arrived by the expected time, please get in touch with us via our chat or email us at hello@mumamia.co.uk and we will assist you.
